This is a nice quiet cozy spot to have a meal and lengthy conversation with a date or with friends. Service was attentive and the food was good. Definitely recommend for lunch!

Came here for a family members birthday with a crowd during lunch time on a Saturday . Service was great , we had a party of about 10 everyone's order was correct and came out the same time . The portions were generous and had the home cooked meal feel. Everyone enjoyed their meal and raved about it . Deff a Long Island city gem

Madera is a good date Cuban spot. They had live music on Sat night, nice tough to the ambiance and blocks out the car noise from outside. The decoration inside is a bit like Miami Cuban style. Service is very good, I had pretty good attention by the host, waiters, and taken cared of. The food overall is ok imo. Could be better cooked, higher value ingredients, and better plated. But it's good enough for a typical weekly date. Cocktails are pretty good and priced decently.

Ordered on Uber Eats twice, it is definitely pricy but both times really good. Lunch pricing is better. Got the churrasco, rice and beans, maduros. Will definitely be getting this again.

My fiancé and I have been walking past this location for over a year and finally found the time to go in. Once we walked in and noticed that there seemed to be a lot of "regulars" that knew the staff, we knew were in a good place! The food and service is fantastic. Everything that we had was full of flavor and melted in your mouth. We started with the stuffed green plantains with shredded beef and then had the Lechon Asado con mojo criollo and Rib eye steak with a side of sweet plantains. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They were very appreciative of our compliments. The only thing we regret is not going in there sooner!

I love Madera. We never go wrong with Madera. I was so satisfied with the special and my wife looks forward to the snapper. Our waiter remembered us he was great. I truly look forward to our date night at Madera.

The service was great , the food was cook very well we got the t bone steak with yuca , rabo encendido which is oxtail , paella de mariscos cuban was the star of the show it was done to perfection. We all got appetizers for 4 and fried codfish cake. The location of the place is nice and inside it's beautiful.

Service was good. Food was just ok, but since I'm was raised on good spanish food I always compare it to my moms amazing food. But that was the overall consensus. Sangria was not that great. The tres Leche had no milk it was very dry. But overall great time with family and friends. The place is very nice they were playing 80's music when we walked in but then switched to Spanish after.
